• Service Provider: Any natural or legal person processing data on behalf of the Company.
• Usage Data: Data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Platform or from its infrastructure.
• Website: Refers to GetMySocial, accessible from https://getmysocial.com.
• You: The individual accessing the Platform, or the company or legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing the Platform.

Payment Processing

When you make a payment (tip or paywall access) through our platform, your payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), our third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details. All payment information is transmitted directly to and stored by Stripe in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

When you make a payment, we collect and store:

• Optional tip messages you provide (maximum 150 characters)

For creators using our monetization features, Stripe collects additional information as part of their Connect onboarding process, including identity verification and bank account details for payouts. This data is managed directly by Stripe under their Connected Account Agreement.

Our payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

Retention of Your Data

We will retain your Personal Data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Transfer of Your Data

Your information may be processed in locations outside your country, with different legal protections. We ensure adequate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
